Intellectual and Industrial Property
All of the content of the Portal, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphs, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as graphic design and font codes (hereinafter referred to as “Content”), are the intellectual property of Oliver Art.
Portal Usage Rules
The User undertakes to use the Content in accordance with the Law and with this Disclaimer, as well as with any other conditions, regulations and instructions that may be applicable.
For example, it is strictly forbidden to reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly broadcast, transform or modify the Content, except in cases authorised by law or expressly allowed by Oliver or by the holder of the exploitation rights.
Access to the Portal does not imply obligation by Oliver to check that there are no viruses or other harmful computer elements. Responsibility lies with the User to ensure that he or she has adequate tools for the detection and elimination of harmful computer programs. Oliver shall not be responsible for damage caused to the computer equipment of Users or of third parties while the services of the Portal are being used.
Data collection and personal data protection forms
All of the information provided by the User in the Portal forms for the abovementioned reasons, or for any other reasons, must be true. As such, the User guarantees the authenticity of the information he or she provides and shall keep Oliver informed and up-to-date of any changes, so that Oliver is always aware of the User’s current situation. The User alone is responsible for any false or inaccurate statements he or she may make and for the damage that may be caused to Oliver or to third parties by the information provided.
The data collected via the Portal’s data collection forms shall be added to a personal database for which Oliver is responsible (hereinafter referred to as “the Database”.) Oliver shall treat this data confidentially and with the sole aim of managing relations with its customers and promoting the Company’s activities and products. Personal Data shall not, under any circumstances, be given to third parties

Each and every aspect of this Disclaimer is governed by Spanish law.
